After completing a four-year training in Biodynamic & Integrative Psychotherapy, my approach is both humanistic and body-based. This means that I work with each person who comes to therapy in a way that meets their own individual needs. Leading with empathy for each person's own unique journey, I offer a non-judgemental space where any issue can be explored together.

My passion in this work lies in helping clients to re-establish a connection to themselves, to find their own inner resources, and to reclaim their own unique expression of life.

I primarily do this work by helping each person to connect to their own body, to use it as a supportive ally, and to re-establish their own innate sense of wellness.
